Sales Representative



  • Evaluate customers need and build relationships.

  • Meet personal and team sales targets.

  • Recording orders and sending details to the Lab. 

  • Advising customers about delivery time and after-sales service.

  • Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads.

  • Attend meeting, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments

  • Negotiate and handle complaints or objections.

  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

  • Create frequent reviews and reports. 

  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.

  • Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.





  • Proven sales experience .

  • Familiarity with different sales techniques.

  • A computer uses competency.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and driven.

  • Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule.

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
